For other tours, the audio system works just like messaging apps—playing through the earpiece when held close and switching to the loudspeaker when moved away. This adjustment makes listening easier, allowing visitors to stay focused on the tour without interruptions.

New analytics of visitor interests and content gaps

Understanding visitor interests is now easier with the enhanced analytics dashboard. Destinations, attractions, and travel businesses can track engagement levels across themes such as history, art, nature, and family-friendly content. By analyzing these patterns, SmartGuide shows destinations and attractions which content works best for their audience based on their actual interests, allowing the fine-tuning of their storytelling approaches and addressing content gaps. Powered by SmartGuide's AI personalization engine, the report is newly available in the big data analytics dashboard.

By providing tailored suggestions, SmartGuide AI Chatbot will help manage crowd flows by spreading visitors across more places and to less crowded areas. It will also ensure that all information is reliable and up-to-date, linking visitors to official, verified content. With an interactive map-based interface, the Chatbot will also guide users on their journey, making navigating and exploring their destinations easier. It is currently in the testing phase.
